He is in fact in the top 1% of all Realtors in the United States year in and year out and has completed over 2900 successful real estate transactions in his 31 years in the business. Having lived in Sioux Falls for the past 32 years he has gained vast knowledge about the local real estate market, Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities. Gary has his masters degree in counseling and taught school for 12 years before entering the real estate profession. Since living in Sioux Falls Gary has been very active in his community having served on the Wells Fargo Community Bank Board, president of the Sioux Empire Housing Partnership, a member of Rotary International, member of his church board,received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award and other numerous memberships and awards. Being involved and giving back to this fantastic community has always been important to Gary .
